Will Someone Identify This
I took a photo with the camper in the down position so both ends can be seen. It come out of the Wardbrobe closet. I don't know why, but the photo rotated 90 degrees to the left.

Papa, I believe that's the wire bundle that runs from the "cellar" of the trailer to the top half. It supplies power to your ceiling lights, fan, outside running lights, stop and turn lights, porch light and anything else that's in the upper half (except possibly the Air Conditioner). In my trailer though, it DOES include the air conditioner power feed.

There are two: one contains the wires like Jack suggested, and the other is empty. I think that it might be a vent for the closet.

Does it connect to a vent in the roof? Mine did, and it was the plumbing vent for the drain. I hated it so I replaced it all with a SureVent. That said I was redoing my roof at the time. So it was a good time to eliminate a hole in my roof.

The empty one should have a telescoping pvc pipe for the vent. If not- you need to get one or do what Nick did.

There is nothing inside of the material, in fact it came loose from the top plastic connector on the ceiling.
Nick did you just replace the roof mounted vent? Doesn't it need to be connected to something?

My apologies to the forum, I should have done a little investigating before making this post. All I had to do is open the lid to the closet and look. It is a vent for the plumbing. However, there is nothing inside the sleeve. I guess that I need to figure out how to fix it.

The fact that there was a fabric tube fooled me Papa. My vent pipe has no fabric covering.
It appears to be an ABS tube running from the lower half to the upper half. What it actually is though is TWO ABS pipes, one inside the other, that can slide in and out as the top is lowered and raised. This makes the installation a bit tricky, since you have to be careful to align them properly so that there will be no binding.

The tube had just came loose from the top connector, and it was still in the bottom section. Slid it back up and tightened the top connector, and put just a small amount of WD40 on the tube. It should slide up and down without any problems.
This newbie appreciates the responses.

Tube fabric
I have two fabric covered tubes in my classic. Annoyed me "with the droopy drawers". I slit the fabric at the seams and sewed in velcro. This also gave me the ability to wash the fabric. Next I secured the top exterior fabric with velcro straps that tighten up. No more droopy drawers.

I am a retired plumber.
I added a negative pressure vent many years ago. Got away from the collapsible slip joint.
It has to be added to the top of the plumbing stack in the wardrobe cavity, in my trlr. Highest point! Cut ABS pipe and glue in with correct fitting..
ALSO THERE IS A NEED TO DO A SECONED VENT FROM THE TOP OF THE VENT STACK THAT GOES TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TRLR.
The reason for this ....It is a closed system and produces gases with heat, a positive pressure!. Positive pressure will send sewer gases past the toilet globe seal, into living area.
The negative pressure vent pulls in air when there is drain opened, causing neg pressure.
I ran a 3/8"plastic line down the back wall next to the stack and terminated outside under trlr, using silicone sealant.
Works well, with no smell or gassing issues.
