Default Backing with WDH

Hi all,

Is it OK to back up with the spring bars and sway control installed on the WDH? I have an older EAZ-Lift hitch.

Thanks,

It should be okay unless there is something quirky about that brand of hitch. Backing is no problem with my Reese hitch. People say to unhook the friction sway control, but I don't know why. I never have used one.

Interesting. There's no need to do anything to an Equil-I-Zer hitch when backing.

I wonder if you could find an owner's manual online for your EAZ-Lift hitch? I bet there would be a note about this in the manual if it was important.

And, you might look for an FAQ on EAZ-Lift's website (assuming there is one).
