i think it looks great and very well taken care of. i prefer that set up to the
one with the couch facing the sink.

I have a 22' 1986 Funchaser that looks just like that. And although I have the dinette opposite the sink (which I prefer), we have a couch at the end that has a swing down back to make it a bed.

I like the layout of mine better, couch accross the front, but after all I won't need to sleep 6-8 people either.

Yours looks as clean as mine does. I like the tank cover on yours compared to the 1 piece unit mine has...

What great shape for 23 years old!! That is a nice big awning too.
