Spent 6 hours detailing the HiLo today,72degrees. We have found it takes less time if things are done on a yearly basis. Love our gel gloss wax. It puts a nice shine to the fiberglass. Just wiped it on with a micro cloth/haze up and wipe with a dry micro rag.If your washing didn't catch everything the gelgloss puts any blackness back on the rag. Washed the awning and applied Armour all to both sides. Discovered another rip in the rubber roof. I have the patching material for this.Pretty soonI will have too nickname the trailer called "patchy"

Info on Wax used.

It is called GEL-GLOSS, One Step Cleaner and polish. For fiberglass.Marble.Acrylic. Cleans seals and shines. I have the one gallon size. I either got this at Camping World or my RV dealer. It is expensive can't remember the price. I have seen this at Home Depot in spray form and in quart size. It is safe to use on fiberglass, marble surfaces, acrylic surfaces, ceramic, porcelin, plastic laminate, stainless steel and chrome. Excellent for sinks, counter Tops,Tubs,Spas,Rv's,Boats.Shower Doors & More. The directions say for maximum results apply every 6 to 8 weeks. It is perfectly safe to remove bird droppings ect. in between applications with a damp cloth. We just use a car wash soap with a little wax in it and only apply the gelcoat once a year. It still is shiny after a harsh NY winter. Search the internet for the best prices. The top half of the HiLo gets the brunt of weather abuse.
