Default Visited my HiLo dealer today

Got a few questions answered and some info .to share. If your rubber roof has come unglued the proper thing is to put an externa patch on without glueing the old roof down. Follow the directions. We did our rubber roof hole patch correctly. We needed a new adco cover for our regular size carrier Ac which they were out of (ordered one for us.) Carrier no longer makes Ac units for RVS. They are concentrating on residential and commercial units. We will keep babying the one we have with a cover when in storage. The Rv dealership was extremely busy as it is their season and with the Memorial holiday coming up. Our parts guy let us know about a 28 HiLo with a tipout that is coming up for sale. Didn't get all the details as we aren't in the market to upgrade at this time. I know they have two HiLos on the lot for sale. Last tidbit,DH was annoyed with the inner spring unit of the candle/lampshade fixtures. He had an unwired unit with him. Jay told him to just take a screwdriver and lift up the two prongs on the inside. This should give the lt.bulb better contact. The lt bulb wouldn't stay lit and we were always smacking the annoying thing. Also you can apply more sodder to the contacts on the lt. bulb. I really like the design of these $65.00 lt. fixtures. We have five of them in our trailer. So cute!! Eventially dh wants to change them all to LED bulbs. If he ever gets any spare time, Now he is rototilling up for our fairly large garden.
