Default What Does Your Hi-lo want for Christmas?

Our Hi-lo would love to have an Electric Tongue Jack and a 1000 watt inverter with a remote switch. Oh yea it would probably like us to use him,her more since we haven't had the chance to use it yet.

Our Hilo wanted in the heated shop, it got its wish yesterday. It also wants some attention which it will get and to be pulled by BluTaco to South Padre Island which I hope to do in February.

Happy holidays,

Jim

I have a question about the inverter. I'm newer to the inverter usage, so what would it be used to power?

I use my inverter for several different things. One of the main things is for making toast in the morning with a 600 watt 2 slice toaster. Nothing makes toast like a real toaster. Hate the taste of bread burnt over propane. Another use is for the electric mixer for mashed potatoes and now with an oven who knows what else. We also use it to charge my wifes' laptop and to run the TV. Sometimes I will string a set of White Christmas led lights on the awning. Another thing we do, which is fun, is to set outside and plug in our 5 quart Electric Ice Cream maker in the receptacle outside of the camper and make Vanilla ice cream watching the people go by trying to figure out how the maker is working on a site with no electricity or generator We then invite a couple of camping families over for homemade ice cream with Chocolate syrup. That's on our to do list for this coming Memorial Day at Ricketts Glen State park in Pa. We've done that several times in our Aliner met some nice people and had a good time.

OK, so I may have started this a little early but my Hi-Lo is already whispering things into my ear!
LED light bulbs in the rest of the interior lights. With half of the lights done already, I had a great time boondocking for 5 days on battery power.

Mine says it would like a new gel coat on it's exterior. Says it's getting a little thin and worn. I don't think Santa has deep enough pockets to swing that this year. Maybe next.

Happy camping!!!
