Default Cable adjustment?

I bought a 1990 19' project(interior side walls wet). As I got ready to start on it I noticed the top isn't going all the way up. The pump squeals at it's top limit as usual, but the side sealing areas don't align(you can look between and see the ground), all the way around, the same distance. Appears to be at least an inch low. It's to the point that the doors on either side of the stereo in the front won't open. Could all of my cables need adjustment at the same time? Seems odd to me. Thanks, for your help.

Default Cable adjustment

Cable adjustment..Check out this post. Cable replacement in my 1998 HiLo 24TD 3-3-2010. It explains about cable adjustment. You will most likely have to seperate your halves to do the wall repair.
