There are older models here on the forum.
I consider it unusual that there is no access to the pump and motor.
If all is true, I think that the only way you can start is to have some, 4, burly men lift the top and place on stilt legs to gain access. Stabilize very well, and level!
Once accessible start with the least first. Charge the battery, or get a new one, rated for rv's. The motors a very robust and have a long life. But there are other problems that usually are the true culprit.
A multi tester for electrical will be required to test circuits. Check first for current to the solenoid, then to the pump motor, etc., check all fuses in-put and out-put for broken or loose wiring.
Get back to us when you have it up and accessible. We are here to help!
