Question Options for replacing the Dyna-Jack pump

Hi,
I'm new to the forum - I just purchased a 1984 Fun Chaser in desperate need of some TLC. It hadn't been used since 2002. The hydraulic pump is pretty much a rusted blob. I'm looking to replace it, but was hoping to get a unit less than the $900 on the hilotrailerparts site, either by using a different model or buying it used.
I was hoping that forum members who've replaced their dyna-jack could let me know what brand and model they installed?
The specs of the available replacement on the hilotrailerparts site is not shown so I don't even know which model of Monarch Dyna-jack is the replacement. As near as I can figure, it looks to be the Dyna-jack model M-3542, is that correct?
Has anyone used NorTrac or Maxim brands as replacements? If so what model/configuration?
The dimensions of the space to fit the pump unit into appear to be a constraining factor, less than 17" length x 7" height x 10" width.

Here are other requirements I gleaned from the manual:
3000psi
12VDC motor
solenoid start switch
solenoid operated release valve
manual release lever
3 qt reservoir
adjustable relief valve set @1500psi

Thanks in advance for any advice or information.

Welcome to the forum.

You can find a suitable replacement at Northern Tools. Do a search on here for pump and you should be able to find the link that was posted.
