Default Aluminum Wheel Fastener Torque

I am trying to find out what the recommended torque value is for the wheel nuts on the 15" aluminum rims offered on 2008 trailers. I searched through the Dexter Axle site they say to check with the wheel manufacturer.

Does anybody know the proper torque value for the factory aluminum wheels, or who the manufacturer of the wheels is?
