Default Awning repairs

We did some battle with a wind storm and lost. We have a 1990 25ft. Classic. This is the original awning. Just wanted to share this information. Our awning is a spirit by Carefree of Colorado. That makes the awning 26yrs. old. Thanks to the prior owner we had the original paper work with a parts diagram. I was able to order the parts over the phone and they arrived from Colorado in five days. We had trouble installing one part and called for technical help. It only took two sessions to make the repairs. Dh found some tiny almost hidden screws that wouldn't let the arm slide. Just wanted to say it was great to get parts for something this old. When I called a second time they sent out additional pins and pop rivets at no charge. Great company with fabulous customer service.

Always good to hear when you get a positive response from a supplier. So often, once they have sold it, they don't care.
