battery/pump cover

My 2206 towlite had a thin gauge alumium cover over the batteries and pump which was dented and hiting the protective covers on the batteries. With scrap metal I had, (cheaper than alumium diamond plate) I used 16 gauge galv.metal and claded it with baked on color 24 gauge metal roofing material. I removed all of the alumium rivets and replaced them with stainless steel rivets. I also notched and hemed the edges around the WDH brackets that bolt to the frame so the cover sits flat.

Fantastic job, Les! You need to put your sheet metal equipment in your tv and come to the annual HiLo rallies. You can make a lot of people happy with your work. On a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the best, I would give you a 14!
