I had a similar problem. The old sill and seal for my door was trash when I got the trailer, held together with duct tape.

So I got the replacement shown in the picture links that RCREYES posted. Not sure if I got mine from Midget or J and R. I got the wooden sill, and it looks great and works just about perfectly.

Thanks for providing the source, I had the same issue. I took off the original piece, used marine vinyl with foam to custom rebuild in the same gray color. No issues with the correct size and can make it as full and tight.

That's such great news! Thanks for sharing your positive outcome! I tried to reach them on the weekend to order- will try again this week.
