Default Early 1960s Voyager Hi-Lo I want to restore

Take a peak at this link for pictures of our trailer we have owned since 1977. It got vandalized in a storage yard and then suffered water damage and rot. We thought we could fix it and it is really bad. The interior cabinets are okay and I can put a new floor in and redo the other stuff; but the rot is beyond my knowledge bank. Any ideas on how to start? I have emailed the place in Ohio - JR Repair - and I am waiting for a response. Patti
