Default Leak and bowed panel

I have an older model hilo. It developed a leak and the outside of the camper has bowed out and broken the lower seam. How do we go about fixing the bow. We are not sure if we need to remove the inside wall. There doesn't appear to be much damage on the inside.

You didn't say what year and model you have? Construction wasn't always the same, Some had steel framing, some were wood and some were aluminum. Also the siding was different.
