Default Resealing windows and camper

We are not DIY people so have hired someone to to reseal windows and camper. Not sure what is the best product for these jobs. He suggested an Adhesive Silicone product by Novaflex or a Proflex product called Geoseal. Has anyone had experience with either of these or have another product they recommend?
Also time to do roof and would like to know what to use there. We do not have any leaking issues that we are aware of but our Hi-Lo is a 2004 and I feel that it needs maintenance to keep it in good condition. Thanks for any ideas.

You do need to reseal windows with butyl tape and caulk. Lexell seems to be the brand of choice, but there are other like products. Anything is better than nothing. Geoseal seems like a decent product.

As for the roof, (Thanks for the reminder. I gotta do mine.), Kool Seal and EtrenaBond Tape are probably what you need. You can find it at Walmart. Remember to keep your roof clean and covered with a breathable cover. Tarps are bad news. They trap in moisture.

Good luck!

Default Resealing window

You tube has a video on how to remove window and reseal. I purchased butyl tape from our rv dealer. Don't use any silicone product on the HiLo. I used Lexel caulk that can be purchased at ACE Hardware or on line. It is a premium caulk that costs about $10.00 per tube. You are smart to do the window removal and reseal. What kind of roof do you have? Then we can advise on product to use. I also buy the roof recoating products from our RV dealer. Your projects are all good prevemtive measures to avoid leaks.
