Default window seal

How do you remove mold/mildew on the rubber around the windows? I have tried bleach and water mixture and 409 cleaner. I just purchased this camper and it was very neglected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would try Jasco TSP cleaner which they sale for paint prep at hardware stores. Also, Simple Green cleaner may work for you.
