Default Leak by base of bed 2808c

I recently had a guest and they told me the floor was damp at the base of the bed. Thought it might be something from the AC runoff but now I fear it's the result of a leak from the hot water heater and pipes that run under the floor in the bedroom. Question...how do I access these pipes to check for a leak?(I opened the exterior storage door but the leak doesn't appear to be in this area) Anyone had this issue before and what was the fix? Thanks!

On our 2808C we rearranged the bedroom and took out the night stand that is in the corner and made 1 large bed and 1 small bed and now we can access the pipes and winterize under the large bed.
In your case I would say to look under the bed as it is beside that night stand.
We did the rearrange right after buying it and never even looked for any winterize etc.
Attached is pictures of ours under the bed and notice the hot water heater to the left and the pipes to the right and shows how the valves are for winterize open and closed so you do not fill up the hot water tank when you winterize.
Now remember yours would have the night stand over the hot water heater and that is the way ours was but not now.
It may be the hot water heater itself and not just a pipe.
