Will a bigger tank throw the camper out of balance or anything ? Can i put one in as big as the space under the seat allows or do i need to replace it with the same size tank? one more question any suggestions on where to look for the tank i'd need?

I imagine they're fairly "standardized", but I think I looked for one once (I forget why) and found they were a bit expensive.
Anyway, I'd do a Google search for "RV fresh water tanks". I wouldn't worry too much about going to a somewhat larger tank if it would fit. Increasing the tongue weight by a couple percent is not going to hurt anything as long as your tow vehicle can support the increase. And, since the freshwater tank is in the front, it will mostly effect the tongue weight.
