Check under diningroom benches. They are usually close to the pump.

I thought they be on the backside of the water heater ,to isolate the WH from the rest of the plumping

You might be right, Les. I may be thinking about the winterizing cutoff so you don't get fluid in the tank.

The water heater on this model is on the back driver side corner. The bedroom is back there as well and I cant find any access to the back side of it.

You might be thinking about the drain valves to drain the water lines and the supply line has a check valve on it so you don't fill the fresh water tank when hooked up to campsite water. Some older hi-lo's like my 97 towlite never had a hotwater heater by-pass valve system.

Is there a cabinet with a false wall that be hiding it?

Open the door to the nightstand, get on your hands & knees and look back under the shelf inside. At least that is where mine were located.
