Default 2nd Cord

Hey all...

Finally got enough spring to dive into the work on our new to us 1984 Sunchaser. It's our first HiLo, so I'm exploring a bit. I opened the electrical box to discover 2 cords- 1 that is clearly 30 amp, and one that appears to terminate in a female 110v plug. I am sure many of you will laugh at the newbie, but what is the second cord's purpose?

Thanks, in advance!
