Default battery model

I have a 1993 Funlite with no battery.
I had no luck finding out what the battery model is. I searched the whole forum.
Could someone let me know what the battery model is so I can order 1.
Seems to be a limited space for it ~5x8x8.
Thank you

A group 27 should fit nicely. 2 fit in my 2003 towlite and I might have been able to squeeze a couple group 29s in there. There really isn't a model number so much as a size and that's a group 27 marine battery or deep cycle battery.

Whoa, I just measured and my group 27 is 12" long by 6" wide, and 9" tall. Not even gonna come close to fitting in your space. Are you sure that the battery goes there? That seems awful small, especially when dual batteries were an option.

Our 2310H has a pair of group 24 Interstate Deep Cycle batteries from the factory.

And, I don't think a Group 24 battery will fit into a 5x8x8 space either. It sure does not sound to me like that is where the battery should go.

Could you check your measurements, that seems quite small.

Default measurements

I double checked my space in the A frame. That's where my battery cables are going to.
The space is 5" wide 9.5" long and 10" high.
These are the exact measurements on the top part.
If the battery is not as high it can be wider as the cover gets wider towards the bottom.
Could you measure the 24 group for me please?
Thank you

The narrowest group 24 I can find is 6 7/8th inches. Honestly, I think the only 12V battery I've seen that narrow is a motorcycle battery.

Go here about a third of the way down the page for battery dimensions: The 12volt Side of Life (Part 1)
