Default A/C Fan 1992 roof air

Hey all my a/c is not coming on when i flip the switch [ turn it on ] . I took the inside cover off and reached inside and spun the fan blades and it started. I did not see wasp nest or whatever that could be holding the fan from running.I did this a few times and evertime i would get the fan movin -- it worked fine. Any ideas ??

Thanks

David

I work in the HVAC field. I think the problem is your capacitor on the fan motor needs to be replaced. About a $15 part.

David,

Use the search mode here on the forum and plug in a/c capacitor. NDgent replaced his and shows the site for the info.
