This is the first winter in a lot of years that we didn't go south and it had to be one of the worst winters in a long time. So I feel your pain. Mary had pneumonia and I have to go to physical therapy, both of us are longing for warmer weather. It does seem to be breaking some, hope it continues to get warmer. Of course when it's very hot we will be complaining and looking for cooler weather, guess we are hard to please. Well you have a good day and the sun is coming.

Default winter blues

I agree it has been one lousy winter. First all three of us got a stomach bug. Then I got bronchitis and had to have two rounds of medication. Then I got diagnosed with cancer. In the process of a workup to make sure the cancer hadn't spread to any other parts of my body it was discovered that I have a compression fracture in my upper back. Thankfully I am fairly functional and not in much pain. Like most of the USA we spent way too many hours snow blowing, shoveling ect. Looking forward to better warmer camping days. Wish we could bottle up some of the extreme summer heat and release it in the winter.
