Hi Sam,
I installed new venetian blinds in the kitchen end of our trailer last year and none were near $100. I'm thinking around $60 for the widest. We bought an off-the-shelf aluminum brand from Big Orange, had them cut them to the length we specified, and then shortened them ourselves per the instructions that came with. Plastic blinds cost even less.
The other option we've employed for some of our household blinds is to call a blinds cleaner. They keep them for about a week, clean, adjust and repair as needed, and bring them back looking almost like new. In our Yellow Pages, these outfits are listed under: Blinds - Repair and Cleaning.
Having written the above, I do have to agree that your blinds look pretty good. But then a photo only shows so much.
Jim
