Default Curtains changed to blinds

Has anyone removed the curtains from a HI-LO or Tow Lite and replaced them with mini blinds? How do they affect things when in lowered position and while traveling?

Default changing to blinds

Be extremely careful when changing to blinds. We had blinds in our 25ft. 1990 classic. When I wanted to purchase new blinds no company made the blinds with a 1x1inch header. This measurement is critical when the blind and wall slide down for lowering. I ended up spray painting the old blinds. Maybe some one has had a different experience.

Went to homedepot had them custom cut mini-blinds. We just raise ours and secure the cord around a cabinet door. I mainly do this so they stay cleaner. We have had no issues with raising or lowering at all.
