Default Lubing the cables.

DH spent time tipping the HiLo to get the cables lubricated with CLP spray. A fun job the requires old clothes and laying on your back under the HiLo. Don't forget to go on the inside and unscrew the trim to lube where the cable runs through the pully. CLP spray can be found at Walmart in the gun section. Cleans lubricates and protects. Around $9.00. This will give you a chance to inspect your cable for signs of rust/fraying.

Yup, and the spray has to run down the cables from the pulley at the top, so that the cables are completely protected. If you don't take the trim off, as sam cautioned, that section of the cables will start to rust, and eventually break.
