Default Bunk bed cable mounting location

Does anyone have a picture of where the cables are suppose to be attached to the wall or ceiling? Do they need to be mounted into frame to support the weight? Thanks in advance.

This is the only photo I have from remodeling my HiLo, if you look close you can see the hole the screw was in.

I don't have a picture, as my camper is currently torn apart. However, on mine, the cable brackets are just a piece of ~3/4" aluminum angle, and they are screwed to the wall at the very top. And the screw does go into the frame of the camper. On mine, it is located 30 1/2" back from the front wall of the camper. Hope this is helpful.
