Default Ground fault troubles.

Been out camping twice and both times had to reset the ground fault. DH took the ground fault plate off and discovered the hot wire wasn't connected. Checked another plug and discovered loose parts. Could have not been connected from the factory. Next guess is things loosen up with travel. Happy to not need to spend $ on a new ground fault. Have a few more outlets that could be checked. Enjoy your Memorial day weekend.
