Default Materials for rebuilding the walls and ceiling

For those of you that have had to go all the way to the outside skin to rebuild your walls and/or ceiling, what did you use? I had planned on using a plywood, Styrofoam, plywood sandwich on both. But the layer next to the fiberglass on the wall seems to be more of a cardboard type thing, with water proofing on one side. The ceiling does have plywood as the outer layer, but it also seems to have a waterproofing on one side. I've got it torn down, just need to remove the rust from the frame, Paint that, then I'm ready to rebuild the walls. Want to make sure I use and buy the right thing.

I used 1/4 inch plywood, 1x4 and 1x6 for the framing and stuck styrofoam insulation wherever I could fit it. I used a pvc type panel on interior wall.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to get the side back on the camper. Anyone have advice on that?
