Default Outside Shower Install

I am about to install an outside shower on my 2208T. My plan is to install this shower on the back lower outside wall directly behind the bathroom sink cabinet where it would mount next to available water lines that lead to the bathroom sink.

Does anyone know if the area is clear to cut the hole to mount the outside shower in this area ?

How are you planning to allow clearance for the top to lower if there's a shower hose (and faucet valves) coming out of the lower wall?

My trailer doesn't have any wires or pipes in that area, so cutting a hole would not be a problem for me, but I would not like an uncovered "hole" there if the shower components are stored back inside the lower cabinet during non-use.

I seem to recall seeing a photo of an outside shower installed in the area under the exterior drop-down table. Don't remember which model it was but this may be where the factory installed that option.

Most showers are mounted on the driver side. The 2310H has it mounted just forward of the fridge. That is on the backside of the small cabinet beside the fridge. It has a false back to accommodate the hose from the shower. That also makes it close to the water heater. The mounting frame may protrude 1/8" from the outside wall but the top bulb seal is able to clear it. You may want to compare various outside showers because they may not have the same dimensions as to how far they protrude out from the mounting surface.

These photos show the type shower you will have to use. Anything that protrudes more than this will probable not work. I believe the name Fontana is imprinted on surface above the handles.

Our 1999 21T had an outside shower on the door side of the trailer. The shower was near the end of the trailer and plumbed from the bathroom, which was also at the rear of the trailer. Naturally all of the plumbing was on the lower half of the trailer.

Hi,
I installed the shower in the posted pictures on my 2092 towlite. It was installed on drivers side at the sink. It was easy to plumb it in at that location.
