Default Putting up new ceiling paneling

Hey, GK, I watched your 1$ HiLo rebuild video and was very impressed with the jig you made to push the paneling up to the ceiling and hold it there while the glue dried. I am going to need to do the same so I would like to know the dimensions of what you built and in particular, what thickness of plywood did you use for the "bows". they need to be supple enough to bend but strong enough to provide adequate pressure.
I certainly would appreciate any information you can provide. You can reach me directly at fredetl@ksu.edu if you prefer. Thanks. Fred.
