Boy I've gutted so much if my camper and almost time to start building. The one and only piece I just can't figure out is the piece of wood that's attached to the ceiling that separates the bathroom from the living area. All the bathroom partition curtains attach to it. How in the world does that thing come off? I've removed all the visible screws and that thing is still rock solid when hitting it. I'm about to just destroy it and build a new one. Any ideas?

Didn't want to ignore your question. We didn;t have to remove this piece in our repairs. Hopefully someone will come along with the answer for you. Just wait a day or so.

motor, I had just the opposite problem. That heavy duty piece was loose in my Hi Lo. I found six screws had been placed in slightly larger holes, then filled, and two were loose (striped) curbside. One size larger (thickness, not length) and a little gorilla glue made the repair. At times, I've found that Hi Lo used a lot of gorilla type glue in the weirdest places.
