Default Soft Roof, Stretched cables

We have a 1999 26FB, one side of the roof has gotten very soft from water leaking in and the bottom metal rail of the top has cracked in the front corners. ( (We bought it before we realized these issues, knew nothing about hi-lo's) Cables are stretched. We live in New Mexico, do NOT want to get rid of the trailer. It is like new on the inside and everything works. However we are in our 70's and it is too much of a repair for us.Over the past year we have repaired or replace everything else that needed it.
Does anyone know of anyone on the west coast that will do repairs like this? the RV dealerships in our area will not touch a Hi-Lo. The closest we can find is in Pennsylvania and that is impossible for us.
Thanks in advance for any insight, we really love this trailer.

Hope this finds you well.

I was wondering If you found someone to replace your roof & how things worked out for you?
