I would like to build a folder and add pics. But for some reason it's just not working for me.

You may want to try again with somewhat smaller images. if they are too large they do not display.
Forum members can set up photo albums. Images may be public or private and can be managed and edited indefinitely by each member. You can access your albums or set up a new album from your user CP. Look for the link to Pictures and Albums. Consider setting up more than one album.
