Default free cookbook

I was wondering, is this cookbook free for all hi-lo forum members or just moderators for advertising purposes?

Default Anybody have any luck?

Did anyone ever get a copy of the cookbook? I sent Sam an email but I have not heard back. I'll gladly trade a copy for one of our family cookbooks. (It's very informal, but I can guarantee not much in it is good for you!)

For whatever reason, Sam Shields hasn't posted since 2011. So I wouldn't expect to hear from him. Too bad, because he had a lot of Hi-Lo experience and submitted some really knowlegeable stuff.
