Default Pie pops!

I made these for my daughters wedding last week and they were a big hit. You can make them ahead of time, freeze them, and are a great conversation piece. the simple version, take 2 ready made pie crusts, thaw and cut out with a cookie cutter about 10 2 1/4" circles. put your favorite pie filling in a small dab in the center of half of the cut out circles, lay a popcycle stick in the center ,cover with a nother circle of dough, pinch dough with a fork, put on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 370 degrees for 15 minutes, and you're done. hope you like them as much as I did. the long version is to make your own dough which is flakier and tastes better
