2013 Rally

Hi Papa,

The 2013 National HiLo Rally will be held in Minnesota. The Minnie HiLo Club of Minnesota is doing this one. They are still trying to finalize everything at this time. The national rallies in the past have been usually the first week or two of June. Just depends on the availability of the campground and such.
