I am looking for a spare tire/rim for a 1963 HiLo, have had no luck locating something that will work

I think that ford pinto and colt from the 1970's has that style and size.
Measure the wheel size, width, and distance between the wheel studs.
A good tire store should be able to help you out with the info as to year and manufacturer for you search.

I purchased some very nice metal hubcaps that were from that era and fit perfect.
