Default 1963 Snyder Hi-lo won’t lift

Recently bought a ‘63 Hi-Lo Snyder and had lifted it at home to clean it up a bit and look it over. I lowered it back down no problem and now the crank won’t budge to lift it back up. Cable looks in tact and I can’t figure out why it won’t lift.
Please help!

Sounds like a battery problem. Put a charge on the battery.

It’s a manual crank not hydraulic so there is no battery required to lift the top.
