1987 FunMaker EXCELLENT CONDITION

I am trying to figure out the right price to ask for my Hi Lo. Blue book is $2200. It is 20 feet long GVWR 4570. It has always been stored inside and is in excellent shape. I have gotten only one response with a asking price of $5195. So i need help on deciding on a fair price.
