Default First time Hi-lo owner new member

Hi I just found this forum and thought I'd give it a ride.
I recently purchased a 2302 LXS sight unseen and will pick it up next week.
It sleeps 8 with a tip out sofa, dinette and pop-up style queen beds that pull out on each end. I can find no information on Hi-Lo having made this style and can find no photos of one similar. NADA lists a 2302 LX but not an LXS. Can't wait to see it.
I have been voice and emailing Hi-Lo for a week and have received no response at all.

The tag on the frame shows the wheels to be 15 x 5 but the actual wheels and tires are 13". Not sure if i should be looking for 15's after reading the related thread. Guess I'll wait until I see the trailer and if there's room for larger wheels.

Anyone familiar with this model and/or have info on the tires/wheels?

Jackpot! I just found the 2002 brochure in here and it shows the 2302 with optional "hybrid" expand-a-bunks. Also it shows 13" to be the corrrect tires size. I'm feeling pretty good.

You have a rather 'rare' HI-LO trailer. For just one year HI-LO switched from producing TowLite's and Classics to Bronze/Silver/Gold trailers. The Gold was much like the Classic and the Silver was a lot like the TowLite. However, the trailers were very different from previous and future HI-LO's in two ways -- 1) they had popup-like foldout bunks at either end, and 2) they had rubber roofs. For whatever the reasons, HI-LO went back to the TowLite and Classic lines the very next year. I don't know why they abandoned the fold-out sleeping, as I thought it was a very nice option, and dramatically increased sleeping area -- which is sometimes an issue in certain model HI-LO's.

Default Need 2302 LX Owner's Manual

Thanks for this information. I recently purchase a HiLo 2302 LX G(for gold) and am looking for a copy of the owner's manual. My unit has the dinette/Queen size bed in the front and a pop out that has a fold down leatherette double size couch. There are no bunk beds, but the rear has a full bathroom. It appears that it will only sleep four folks. It has a rubber roof. Tires are 15 inch. PapaMike

Welcome to the Forum! Our library has a video manual and a 2001 manual that would be pretty much generic to your 2002. All the appliances, such as, refrigerator, water heater, furnace, etc. have their own manuals. Those can be found in the reference library as well or you can go online to each company a pull off a manual for your specific needs.

Default New HiLo owner

Glad you found the information you were looking for. Welcome to the forum. I didn't know what the differences in the gold bronze and silver were. Learned something new that HiLo made a hybrid with pull out bed ends. We are here to help you in anyway we can. Keep the questions coming
