Default Free 29' HiLo (2000) in Florida

Hello,
My parents purchased a 2000, 29' HiLo travel trailer that has been sitting in their backyard since they passed away last year. It has severe water damage, but I believe the trailer is still good with a title. Due to the water damage, I do not think it can be towed like normal. The trailer is located in Dunnellon, Florida 34434 and is free to anyone who can transport it cleanly off the property.
The VIN is 1H0WEAW20Y0YB018511
