Default Iowa - new member w/ 2005 M2405T with slide for sale

Hi,
Mark and I thought once we got my Mom into a nursing home setting, we would have a bit of time to start camping again. It was not the case... considering my Dad is 92 and still in his own home. We are located in Carroll County, Iowa - near Manning.

The Hi-Lo is definitely the way to go... love the low profile... savings in case... easy to store.

So, we are selling the 2005 M2405T Hi Lo we purchased a month ago, which my husband took on one overnight, before calling him home to help take my mother to the dentist. Everything works, no leaks, clean. Throw in a few clothes, groceries and you are set.

We are the second mature owners, with it purchased new. This has all the bells and whistles... it has the fiberglass body, electric slide out, electric power hitch, air conditioner, furnace with duct work, outdoor shower, night and day shades, the dinette booth is in front, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas water heater, 3 burner stove/oven, overhead vent with fan, dual heavy duty batteries new last year, we put on new Goodyear tires when we purchased it, nice awning, outside storage, outside light, scissor jacks, TV antenna and cable/phone wiring, dual propane tanks/cover, lots of counter top and storage space, very clean unit.. It is very nicely set up.

It came with this way neat sway bar -- where you can't even feel the trailer on a windy day. It came with the detached ball hitch, which has what the sway bar attaches too... we had no trouble pulling it with our 1/2 ton pickup.

We had an RV for years... now that we have the experience of a low profile trailer, no more RV's. This one will fit in the garage for the winter. The license plates per year are $43, the insurance $47... what a savings...

We are leaving in the new pots and pans, silverware, toilet paper, sanitation packet for toilet, wheel for the front to help those who have issues backing up to precision.

2005 Hi-Lo Trailer M2405T excellent - electric slide out; new tires for pictures.

Thanks, Mark and Ann Trullinger
