Hi everyone...We have a 1984 600 custom 14' from bumper to tongue. Hi-lo very small camper. We love it. But can't seem to get any information on it. It was very difficult getting it registered. I think they just gave up and made something up to register it I don't know. I would like to find out more about it it has no bathroom and has a little seating area that has a cupboard underneath it that we put a porta potty in it. It only had a stove top in it which we changed to a stove with an oven. Storage underneath the couch that turns into a bed. And it's got a sink with 2 cupboards and one drawer with another cupboard under it. And that's it. You turn around in it and you're done. LOL. We would like to buy another one that is bigger but I can't find any information on this one to find out what it is worth. I will post some pictures as soon as I can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everybody and God bless you.

1965 Brochure

Welcome to the Forum!

Your thread whetted my curiosity as to what your little gem is like. I went to the forum library and tracked it down, I think. It appears to be a 1965 15' Custom Camper, Model 600.

Here is a link to the brochure collection. Click on my post and it will bring up a page listing most HiLo campers over the years. Turn yourself loose!

i'm sorry but, I posted way earlier what I THINK MINE IS STILL NOT SURE? so sorry I forget so many things these days. the customs in the voyager model I have you could order it with the marine flush toilet, and other little things/goodies that are not on my floor plan. I only had 5 vin numbers on my title, unheard of these days, and it could not even be located when I took it to the title bureau. the guy who gave it away free in the field, signed the title and left it taped to the door of the camper, when I found it. but he signed in wrong place, and it wasn't done in front of a notary. then b4 I could do anything, it came up missing/stolen, along with my 98 s-10 truck title, and registration, that I kept in my truck for over 2 years. so idk. also found out/discovered jack is a very knowledgeable man! I would listen to his advice any time. just took it all the wrong way as to what he tries to explain, he's to smart for his own good!! LOL:)
I got plates for it tho, and a registration now. I got it takin care of with the court. also went to the guys house who had it in the field for free, and spray painted free on the side of it at the time. you'd be lucky to find any vin numbers on frame ,I haven't ever seen them. hope this helps?i know the frustration factor tho! :) hope you get it straitened out tho. not hard to do. as far as what it is worth, it is worth whatever anyone is willing to pay for it. set your price stick with it, take offers call people back. it's bound to sell! may get more than you think for it too! thanks retired for the compliment! :) always nice to hear those!
thanks mike
