Her Cave

Not in bad shape for it's age. Definitely needs restored. Need a value estimate desperately ASAP! Little water damage. Needs new linolyum. Maybe some paneling. I'd like to gut it and start over adding a spot to put potty, maybe a wood stove, sink, stove/oven, dining and bed. With dining also being a work bench. Possible?
Right now ... It's not worth more than $400. Maybe more. Maybe less.
