DT466e @ 215hp - Alison 2500 - Air: Brakes, Seat and Rear Suspension.

This bus has NO leaking fluids, is that like one in a million?

Bluefire says 164,000 miles, almost matching the odometer.

2003-Bluebird-3800-38'

Exterior: Deleted: Flashers, rear windows, side windows.
Added 8 insulated vinyl windows.

Interior: Welded in a rear bulkhead to create a work shop in the rear. The room is about 7'. The bulkhead metal and plywood wall will keep the heavy items contained... if sh$t happens!
Also welded in a bulkhead to protect the driver, it serves as the anchor point for a front door.

Added 3" 250psi foamboard insulation and 3/4" advantech plywood to the floor. Chuck Cassady made a helpful video that convinced me. https://www.youtube.com/@ChuckCassadyYT/videos

Renovations and Repairs: Replaced all taillight fixtures with NOS or similar.
Changed all fluids and filters, creating a maintenance starting point.
Changed thermostat with a NOS off Ebay.
Junkyarded a used air tank, prep, primed and painted with epoxy paint. Salty roads eat air tanks from the outside in MN!
Replaced extremely rusty front brake chambers.
