These are the bracket type supplied with the pro-series 30056 kit. Two are slanted and two straight.

Hitch about 4 inches behind the axle. 28 inches from cab.
Finished hitch. You can see the 4 inches rear of wheel wells. The Bedrug was cut up and reinstalled in 3 pieces.
