Yes,you could make the trailer frame into anything you want. Make sure the suspension is good. We just had to repair ours . The cost was $500.00. We should be good for a very long time. If you don't want to fix the HiLo you could try to sell it as is or part it out. Best of luck with what ever you decide.
Sam--thinking if the 93 hilo 24' ?? Is to far gone , it might make some kind of utility trailer, cargo trailer, car trailer, any thoughts on that. Cmdr bob
