We've been trying to do every FL state park that has some fishing in the area but found Rainbow to be wonderful! It's an older private CG that even has on site dumping. Plenty to do without going too far.

Welcome to the forum!! I have kin in Spring Hill and Brooksville. About 1 1/2 hr north east from you is Rainbow Spring State Park campground, perfect for a first camp site shake down. I'm in Bonita Springs, again Welcome
